Superbuy Parcel Forwarding Guide

Superbuy provides the parcel forwarding service that supports shipment from various areas around the world. The users can send the items from mainland China, Hong Kong, and some other locations to the Superbuy warehouses.

The received parcels will be forwarded to the users by Superbuy using several different methods with slightly different procedures. You can check the help page for details.

Tips：The parcel forwarding service is not part of the shopping agent service. If you purchase the product through the Superbuy shopping agent service, you do not need to submit it for parcel forwarding.

Complete the information of the item to be forwarded and submit it for review
Superbuy needs to make sure that the item can be shipped so you need to submit the information of the item for the review.
Step 1
if you have already prepared the product and the parcel that will be forwarded
Enter the name and type of the item, and submit the request directly if you have already prepared the item and the parcel.

If you want to purchase items from Chinese B2C (Business-to-consumer) E-commerce websites
you can just copy and paste the link of the item to the corresponding space on the form.

If you have a Taobao account and use the parcel forwarding service for items from Taobao often
you can try to use the purchase and parcel forwarding service on the Superbuy app. After authorizing the app to log in your Taobao account, the purchase of the item and the parcel forwarding list can be completed quickly on your phone. Wait for the items to be reviewed
The review of the submitted item information will be completed within one business day and Superbuy will notify you about the result using the inbox message.

Tips
1.There will be a unique identification number by the end of each user's address and it will help you track the parcel under special circumstances. You can find the number by checking the “shipping address” in your account.
2.For the addresses of the warehouses, please click “Parcel Forwarding” on the main page and you will find the addresses under “Check Superbuy Warehouse Addresses”.
Shipping the parcel and complete the logistics information online
You can wrap the package after the item is reviewed and you can complete the payment now if you purchased the item by yourself. Please send the parcel to the warehouse you selected when filling in the request form within 15 business days. Also, please complete the item's logistics information online before it expires.
Step 3
Tips
The status of the order will be updated to “Shipped” after the logistics information is completed and you can still modify or check the logistics information.
Superbuy Quality Inspection and Warehousing
The item will be weighed and inspected upon receiving. After the item is stocked in, it will be displayed in “My Superbuy” – “My Warehouse”.
Step 4
Tips
Please notice that the only the number and name of your item will be confirmed, the warehouse does not offer professional product inspection.
We will do a professional inspection of the item when it is warehoused. Photos[Three photos ] of the actual product will be taken and sent to you. We will be glad to assist you if there is any problem with the item.

Description of International Delivery Service：: 1.We can deliver your items to over 82 countries and regions worldwide with various delivery methods.; 2.International delivery service is operated by our designated third party. 2.We provide additional services such as package removal, package reinforcement, insurance, etc. Please inform us under remark and we will follow your request.
Pay international shipping fee deposit
Select payment method for the international shipping fee deposit and customs fee

Tips
1. The international shipping fee deposit is calculated according to the product's estimated weight, the selected shipment method, and the destination.
2. The final shipping fee will be calculated according to the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. If there is a discrepancy between the final shipping fee and the deposit, the amount of difference will be returned to your Superbuy account after the product is shipped

Consolidate and pack items, reinforce package, weight and send out for delivery.

You can track the parcel via ‘User Center’ – ‘My Parcel’ after it is sent out.

Tips
There is always the possibility that accidents may happen during international package shipments. Such circumstances include delays, confiscation, taxes, package damage, missing packages and more. Superbuy cannot control or prevent accidents that may happen when your package is in the hands of a third-party logistics company or the customs, nor will we be able to guarantee the service quality of other companies not affiliated to Superbuy. However, we aim to provide the best service possible to our customers and will inform you beforehand of the shipping situation for each shipping route or country you select and do everything we can to aid you if problems occur.

Delivered & Review
Once you have received the parcel, you can confirm the delivery via‘User Center’ – ‘My Parcel’. If you have any question regarding to the parcel, you can also choose the relevant parcel and apply for after-sales service.

Tips
Once you completed the review, credit will be earned. Don't forget to earn credit as it can be used to deduct the international delivery fee.
